Enrichment &Tuition
Students are exposed to Sciences at a later age, so it is important to give them a good base and understanding for the long run. In all our science classes, discussions are strongly encouraged to help students learn from each other and understand other people's thought processes.
Primary Science
Age: 8/9 to 12
Students who get exposed to since from Primary 3 and above either love it or hate it, but most struggle due to the requirement of higher level thinking.
In 3House, we do a thorough topical explanation that follows each child's school's pace. Our explanation includes logical and critical thinking, which makes it much more relatable to students to learn and apply. We follow the local MOE syllabus, but also offer classes for international students which follow IGCSE.
Once the explanation is complete with keywords and notes provided, we will do a deep dive into MCQs and OEQs to help students understand the question patterns, application of keywords, and how to achieve marks in answering. Our science classes continuously expose children to practices while reinforcing explanations and understanding of each topic.
Lower secondary science
Age: 13 & 14

Upper Secondary Sciences (Pure/Combined)
Age: 15 & 16
3House offers Pure & Combined Physics and Chemistry classes for upper secondary. We follow the local MOE syllabus, but also offer classes for international students which follow IGCSE.
A good amount of students find a struggle to understand the big jump in the depth of concepts especially in pure sciences, therefore clear explanations with concrete examples and real-world application will help bridge the gap with constant practices in MCQ, OEQ, and Long Answer Questions.
Students will be given tips on practicals from time to time, however, our classes mainly focus on the theoretical side of Sciences.
